Exchanges & Our Commitment

Every Ayavi piece is crafted with care. Should something not be quite right, we are here to help.

We do not offer refunds, but we will always make it right through an exchange. Because each Ayavi piece is produced in limited quantities, we are unable to offer monetary refunds. However, we believe in standing behind our craft. If your order is not perfect, we will exchange it for a size, colour, or style that is.

 

How to Exchange

01. Get in touch Email us at contact@ayavi.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your exchange request.

02. We confirm availability Our team will check stock and confirm your exchange options within 1 to 2 business days.

03. Return your piece Send the original item back in its unworn condition with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

04. We dispatch your exchange Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send out your exchange piece, wrapped with the same care as your original order.

 

Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or alteration. All original tags and packaging must be included. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and we will always offer alternatives if your first choice is unavailable.

The following items are not eligible for exchange: bespoke, made-to-measure, and personalised pieces; items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price; items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after receipt.

 

If Something Is Not Right

In the rare event that your piece arrives with a fault, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a full exchange and cover all return postage costs. Please contact us at contact@ayavi.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.

 

Our Refund Policy

Ayavi does not offer cash or card refunds on any purchase. All sales are final in terms of monetary return. This reflects the nature of our limited, artisan-crafted collections. Each piece is produced with intention, and we ask that purchases are made with the same care.
